Taking Care of Your Mind During Difficult Times

In this difficult times, it is very important to take care of your mind. I suggest following methods that is really works for me during difficult times

  • Meditation- Use some app my favorite is Thinkright.me- They offer great music which is helpful in keeping your mind calm
  • Exercise-  Exercise daily - Do anything- dance on a random music, same position jogging, you can jog while standing at the same position, cycling, do yoga, do whatever but move your body one hack is keep doing regular household work like leaving your utensils to kitchen, dusting, cleaning or helping your mom or wife with washing clothes or utensils 😁
  • Play Sport- Play any sport my favorite is cricket, badminton or whatever like childhood games like snakes and ladder, lodo, chess or playing cards is really help to improve your bond with your family
  • Spirituality- It helps to keep your mind healthy, do spiritual practice like praying in front of your favorite deity, take care of your elders health or reading quotes from your favorite authors
  • Grooming- Taking care of your hygiene like bathing, shaving and face beauty tips like face pack or any part which is really ignored due to really fast lifestyle is time to pick this stuff now than anytime later
Hope, this will help you in keeping your mind safe, remember time will be back to normal but to enjoy those times you have to be normal!
