  • Both of them will talk to each other in case of any issue and won't stop talking due to any issue
  • Both of them won't walk away when there is any issue and when they are talking to each other
  • They will give each other privacy and space and won't check each other phone or letters
  • Third person won't come between them in case of any issue, they won't involve anyone in case of any issue

Last but not the least, which is not set, but I have observed that husband and wife should not have ego to resolve the issue like picking the phone first, saying sorry first and ensuring that their relationship issue won't have any impact on other relations they share with each other families

  • Look at top achiever and see how they have overcome their weakness
  • There is saying that even moon a black spot no one is free from weakness, accepting weakness and making it strength always help top achievers 
  • Self acceptance makes world accept us with all our weakness and start appreciating us for our strengths
  • Don't pay much attention to your weakness when in low mood, it always looks bigger than then they really are
  • Look at the all the things you achieved what was your mission, vision and attitude that time, fall in love with that phase and make it as much part of daily routine and you get more than million change to self love
  • Don't take haters words to heart, many a time people talk about themselves what is lacking in them rather than about you, it gives them satisfactions when you becomes like them and start talking about your weakness rather than love and good points
  • Life is all about positive outlook as all the situation has something positive if not in current situation then may be in the future but you have keep on trying keeping a positive attitude and self acceptance. 
Finally, for a good life, biggest lovers you need to have is not a beautiful partner but a unconditional love of yourself.

Books are the best friends, when it comes to books think you are investing not spending. Some of the book that really helped me are below-


  • Stop Worrying, Start Living 
    • This book really help if you have a habit of worry, every chapter is itself a book. Do read this before you go to sleep and when you wake up. It works magic in your life.

  • Feel the Fear and Do it Away
    • Susan Jeffers gives practical advice to come out of fear and start working towards our growth. This book has changed my way of thinking, if you are not good with reading hard cover, you can search in you tube. There are so many version available like 5 minutes to 1 hour to 6 hour version.

  • The Secret
    • Ryonda Bryne book has been part of my life since 8 year, every time I see things not working rightly, I go back to read or watch movie based on the same book, it helps immediately to correct my thoughts which eventually help to have a calmer mind

  • How to make friends and influence people
    • Our relationship are one of the major reason of our stress and once we understand how to influence people we are in relation with, it really helps not only correct the  right thought but also right responses

  • Inner Engineering
    • Sadhguru has really explained the emotions that control our major decision what are the major reasons bio-logically and physiologically, it really help to control your emotion after knowing what it reason of your feelings and how can we think right by knowing what is making us thinking wrong at the current moment.

Taking Care of Your Mind During Difficult Times

In this difficult times, it is very important to take care of your mind. I suggest following methods that is really works for me during difficult times

  • Meditation- Use some app my favorite is Thinkright.me- They offer great music which is helpful in keeping your mind calm
  • Exercise-  Exercise daily - Do anything- dance on a random music, same position jogging, you can jog while standing at the same position, cycling, do yoga, do whatever but move your body one hack is keep doing regular household work like leaving your utensils to kitchen, dusting, cleaning or helping your mom or wife with washing clothes or utensils 😁
  • Play Sport- Play any sport my favorite is cricket, badminton or whatever like childhood games like snakes and ladder, lodo, chess or playing cards is really help to improve your bond with your family
  • Spirituality- It helps to keep your mind healthy, do spiritual practice like praying in front of your favorite deity, take care of your elders health or reading quotes from your favorite authors
  • Grooming- Taking care of your hygiene like bathing, shaving and face beauty tips like face pack or any part which is really ignored due to really fast lifestyle is time to pick this stuff now than anytime later
Hope, this will help you in keeping your mind safe, remember time will be back to normal but to enjoy those times you have to be normal!
